The Land Trust protects more than 1,400 acres of land in Branford, including open space and conservation easements. These are managed as 59 preserves, made up of more than 15O parcels of land donated to or purchased by the organization throughout the years.
The Open Space Map above shows Branford Land Trust (blue), Farm Easements (pale green), Private (orange), Regional Water Authority (purple), State and Federal (yellow) and Town (green) properties.
