Maple Sugaring Demo

Stop by and check out the Branford Land Trust maple sugaring demonstration on Saturday, March 7 from 12-4pm.This is a great chance to learn about the cultural history of maple sugaring, walk the trails to see how sap is collected, watch sap being boiled into syrup, and taste some of the sweet stuff for yourself! The demonstration will be ongoing from 12-4pm, so just drop by! The Weil Property is located at the end of Buena Vista Road in Stony Creek. The demonstration area is an easy 5-minute trail walk, watch for signs starting at the information kiosk.
